What is the conversion between Adderall and Dex?

Posted by CareBear04 on March 14, 2006, at 8:02:03

I've been on both. I'm currently on Dexedrine spansules, 20mg three times a day. DOes anyone know if it's a 1:1 conversion to Adderall or whether Dex is stronger? Thanks, CB

60mg dex = 50mg adderall + a smidgen of agitation + 10mm increase in blood pressure

I was just sharing my own experience. I think its fair to say that people respond differently, and ratios are just suggestions. I have a good friend who far opreferss Adderall to other stimulants and many people report that Ritalin leaves them more agitated than amphetamines.
