HELP! need something to boost my LITHIUM!

Hey,
I'm currently on seroquel 900 mg and Lithium 1200 mg and its not workin for bipolar depression... It worked over the christmas holidays for a couple weeks then pooped out on me... Anyone know of anything to augment the lithium with?

ps. i cant lithium as it makes me hypomanic
the other atpicals also dont agree with me

This was just the first thing that popped into my head, but it seems to me when I was going over all kinds of research reports on all kinds of different things, lithium for some strange reason does particularly well when combined with noradrenergic antidepressants, such as milnacipran, reboxetine, and cymbalta. Actually it could go well with just about anything, because you know how mileage varies. It just seemed to me that whenever I stumbled on to something where lithium worked real well, it was with a noradrenergic antidepressant.

thx for the reply bluberry,
thats an interesting idea adding a noradrenergic antidpressnat to lithium... but ive always been sensitive to antidepressants, they often destabilize me... never an easy answer
