Side-Effexor - mild 'electric-shock-like' dizzy

Wondering if anyone has had the strange experience of feeling like they have mild electric like pulsing shocks associated with Effexor, particularly if you miss a dose or 2. I feel it especially with movement, like running (feet hitting the ground) or turning my neck quickly, which is why I call it a kind of dizzyness. I can kind of call it up if I shut my eyes tightly too. Does this sound insane or familiar to ANYONE???
