I've been taking this drug on and off for many years - greatly effective for dysthymia at the low dose of 50mg per day. It was originally prescribed in Israel and until recently I've been able to get a supply from there. Is anyone aware where I may get this drug - I live in Canada and it is not available here
Thanks
George

Hi
It's marketed in most countries apart from Canada and the US!

thanks, Ed. Yes, I do realize that - I guess my question was, do you know of a specific pharmacy that would dispense it..either via the internet (dodgy, I do realize!) or by getting a prescription from a local (i.e. Canadian) doctor
Thanks

I'm not sure if there are worldwide sources of sulpiride. But I do know you can get its very close cousin amisulpride. And maybe in the process of google searches you might find sulpiride as well.
It's against the rules here to give sources of overseas drugs.
I would suggest do a google search on "deniban" (another name for amisulpride). Or "solian". Or put the word "generic" before either of them. Or try "generic sulpiride" or "generic sulpride".
This is the end of the thread.
