You'll just sleep like a rock with that combo.
I have taken up to 60 mg's of Temazepam (just for sleep- not to hurt myself).

Spriggy,I've wondered about upper limits of dosage of Temazepam. Did you have side effects? I've tried up to 45 mg. see post below.

The problem with any benzodiazepine, especially a dose that one isn't accustomed to, is respiratory depression -- i.e. the slowing of pulse to near zero and the decrease of lung function. Fortunately, as said before, I won't disclose just how much one needs to take to harm oneself. Benzodiazepines in general have a fairly high LD50, they were made that way to greatly improve upon the previously prescribed barbiturates of the past.

I read that what happens is electrical activity is significantly decreased with the potency of the sedative, but when it wears off its like "warp" i wake up suddenly ready to go, i read that eletrical activity skyrockets after a sedative at a potent dose wears off.
I usually take
Temazepam 30mg
Clonazepam 2mgWorks ok, sometimes i just take 1mg of clonzapam. Klonopin is very strong with electrical activity, thats why its marketed i think an anticonvulant.
And maybe why some people get so depressed on it.
5mg of clonazepam is pure tranquility, everything is fine and peace, at that dose. 2mg just dulls you out.
Thats my put thank everyone.
Matt

I don't see a post below- do you mean above? (and keep in mind, I am blond).
Um... I don't know about how much you can take- my prescription is for 30 mg's but when I was taking it every night for 3 months, I must've built up a tolerance to it. I had to add more until I was taking 2 30 mg's.. then I backed off of it and went back down to 30 mg's until I weaned off totally.
I now only take it as needed.
I know that 30 mg's is what they passed out to everyone in the psych ward.
This is the end of the thread.
