Hi.
Im on 60mg's of Parnate a day. Even though it interacts with 5htp & Tyramine I reckon I would be fine, Tyramine foods don't bother me. (rarly get any hypertension problem's). Although Tryptophan or Phenylanaline may be a bit easier on my heart in the long run?
Dose that sound accurate?

Actually a Tyramine / Phenylanine Suppliment may be over the top.
I thought Parnate would be stimulating but I have found myself wanting to take naps on it all the time.
Rather then Tyramine would you guys reckon Reboxatine, Wellbutrin or a TCA might be more healthy / suitable for my ovrerstressed heart?

Adding tryptophan would generaly be contraindicated for entirely different reasons than tyramine.
You would need to be concerned about getting serotonin sydrome.
So, I would make sure you are familliar with the symtpoms of that before trying anything.

Hey, there -- I'm no pro, but wellbutin and reboxetine both caused my heart to work extra time! Reboxetine particulary, I mean I didn't get panic attacks simply because my heart was racing like in a panic attack all the time anyway!!!

You can try a small caffien/ritalin combo alone in between parnate doses.
