Hi All, I asked the same question about Seroquel in particular before, but received no response. Does anyone know if atypical antipsychotics used as mood stabilizers (I have Bipolar II) can help PMS or make it worse? I thought the AD Lexapro I was on before helped with PMS a bit, but I just switched to Seroquel and am worried it won't help me as much. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Lucia
