I have been some what dianosed with hypomania. Which i dont know if i do, i somenight have had the most enjoyable nights with stimulation. It usally starts around 6:30pm, it usally feels like going to do things, but sometimes i get freak out during these periods. Feelings of high Confidence, self esteem, on the edge ready for any thing. I usally sit on my couch and wait until it hits, sometimes it doesnt.
Right now im having a mild one.
Anyways, i dont know really how to explain, a feeling of euphoria but it is more edgy. Sometime nights there is is just anxiety edge, into Panic Attacks becuase i feel an inbalance. I usally have panic attacks when i feel an inbalance.
Periods lasts 6:30pm - 10:00pm some nights are the most intense feeling of self awareness, i turn on the surround system hit it with music.
I feel good about myself that I usally dont. I feeling of self-acceptance even what others think, i dont care, it feels like im on pure amphetamine. "get with it"
WHEW man it is really turning up! I'm listening to U2, sneaker pimps, madonna, dave matthew's band, i dont know why, on my computer.
Well before i go into my life story, i want to stop for the night, it usally is going to tone down around 10.I dont know what to do but it is fine, it goes away.
I would not dare take a Klonopin during these this.

If you indeed have Ultra Rapid Cycling Bipolar
these things to totally OUT:Amphetamines
A/D's unless you are on a mood stabilizer
Experimenting with meds
Changing meds quickly
Not sticking to a regular med regimenReading you posts I would suspect you are making your condition worse with your current medication habits. BP is nothing to play with, the more cycles you have to more you will cycle, the qquicker the cycles will happen, and the highs and lows will will become more pronounced. This is called kindling. Im like hyperactive all day,mind racing a million miles,doing 10 jobs at once,but as my energy increases ,by 3 im so stressed and tense,that it becomes absolute frustration and irritability,then by 7,I (used to)sit out with the trees and feel a total high come over me like nothing could feel better. The birds,the peace,or the sunshine in the middle of the day feels so warm and peacefull,I am high. my mums real religeous,she thought it was the holy spirit. i believed her and thought wow why am I so blessed to have that high night after night?but then we moved and I missed my place and life felt like crap and it hurt so much because I really missed that.

>Geodon, which I now refer to as an evil Satanic vile substance, caused this type of thing in me. This drug caused an Amphetamine-Like effect in me the next day when I took it. It felt like I was on Speed/Coke or something.
My doctor prescribed it to me with Lexapro when he started me on Topamax just because I had a moderate depressive episode (when I had been on Lexapro for only 2-3 weeks right before it fully kicked in). He had me take it every night to help me calm down and help me sleep.
I took the Geodon for 6 weeks at the time, and after 2 weeks, I started to get manic as hell and go Berserk. I had a Manic Attack later. Then I noticed that I started to have more frequent cycles, quicker cycles, and up 'n downs eventually became more pronounced.After being off it for about a year, my bipolar cycling seems to have permanently worsened. I've always had Ultra-Rapid, sometimes Ultradian, cycling bipolar disorder. But now, in this case, the cycles are now quicker, more pronounced, and more frequent. I'm now more sensitized to mood cycles whereas before Geodon it took a lot more to cause a mood cycle.

It REALLY sounds like like the 30mgs? Dexamphetamine? is boosting Dopamine too much IN YOUR CASE and causing mania.
I know you don't wanna give up the Dex dude, (I don't wanna give up the 8-9 boxes of Ritalin i got-300 tabs)
but instead of going insane, perhaps, you GOTTA have someone give you yr pills?
I know it's hard to give up control, but may be the best.......
