I have been regularly taking .5 mg t.i.d. (not enough in my opinion) K for quite a while, however it does nothing for my muscle spasms..think it is ok to add in Valium here and there. Or would that be dangerous..Sedation is not a problem. Just want to relax. I am most always tense.
Thanks

Why not just switch altogether and see how that would treat?

A recent Harvard study concluded that Klonopin was effective in a range of 1 to 4 mg per day. So you have room to increase it.

Snapper, valium is a muscle relaxer. In my case benzo use of over 30yrs has made the relaxation effects go away at l5mg at night. Need to find a new pdoc here who is not afreaid to increase the dose. Just moved to Charlotte and if you know of anyone here please let me know by Babblemail. Fondly, Phillipa
