Hey people,i know this is sad,im a Technician but im having some trouble with my laptop.

Its a 2ghz emachine 700 in system ram.I wont get into detail instead ill ask someone with some pc know how if they could please donate a min or two of there time,before i do a full restore and have to back up all this stuff.Contact me via email brklyn2342@yahoo.com or preferred yahoo messagner brklyn234 is my screen name.Ty.
