How long does it take for Strattera to work? Our son has been on it for two weeks and I dont see any difference.

Strattera requires a long titration if side effects are to be avoided. It could take 4-6 weeks to see a change. Your son's teachers may be the first to notice the change. Stay in touch with them. Good luck.

I felt a mild improvement around two weeks, spent 12 weeks reaching a full dose, and never had anywhere near the positive effect that Ritalin, Focalin, Adderall, dexedrine produced.
