hey all,
I've been checking out a lot of stuff on this MASSIVE board but can't seem to find anyone who's had terrible stomach aches on reboxetine.
I'd like to know if anyones tried it and got pretty bad stomach aches and if so did they dissapate over time as you took the med?
This is the 3rd time I've tried reboxetine but I never seem to be able to hold out for at least 4 weeks to see if the stomach aches lesson.
I've been on a heck of a lot of AD's in the past 8 yrs and reboxetine so far is the only one i really want to be on. I couldnt tolerate the sexual side effects of the others and the desensitisation in general.
Sometimes I feel I'm at the end of my rope and I've got no drugs left that don't cause sexual problems.
Anyways this is my day one of reboxetine once again....I want to stick it out for 4 weeks at least to see if the stomach pain dissapates so if anyone out there can help me out and let me know if they share any of the same experiences it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! Firstly welcome to Pbabble!
I too, have been on reboxetine, although I didn't get stomach aches. Does it help if you take it with food? I don't know what to suggest. Do you get any other gastro-problems??
I'm interested in the fact that it works so well for you. I found it was really great for panic but not much good as an AD. I also found it hard to put on weight with it!! I stopped because it was making me v greasy wi acne and my periods completely stopped.
I'm afraid that there aren't many of us Pbabblers out there who have experience in reboxetine -its not licensed in the USA and it doesn't seem to be popular with the docs in the coutnries who do have it licensed.
Sorry I'm not much help!
Meri
