I recently went up from 150mg to 200mg on Zoloft and have noticed my appetite has decreased and I have actually lost about 20 pounds. Has anyone else experienced weight loss on Zoloft? I am thankful for this side effect as my Remeron and Zyprexa pack on the pounds.

Yeah, I had chronic runs with Zoloft...it is a crappy medication for OCD and depression: clinical studies have shown this. But if it works, go for it.Ace

I never got past 50mg. Maybe I should have kept going. Fondly, Phillipa

I lost 20 lbs. while on it for PPD. It made me very sleepy all the time...too sleepy and totally anorgasmic, so I switched to Effexor.
