Does Adderall work on both norephedrine and dopamine, or just dopamine? What about Strattera?
Thanks.

Both medicines affect both neurotransmitters. When Strattera was first marketed a few years ago, I read a few journal articles about it. It does have some effect on dopamine in certain parts of the brain; however, it has a greater effect on norepinephrine.
