Ways to combat SEROQUEL dizziness?

Hi,
I'm currently on 300 mg of Seroquel for bipolar depression but I'm experiencing severe dizziness.. any ways to ease the dizziness please?

Only thing I can think of is reduce the dose. I was very dizzy on l00mg twice at night. Couldn't talk either but my mind could think. Fondly, Phillipa
