Reduced Ritalin dose with Amp treatment

Having reached a higher dose of Ritalin, ADD/HD has anyone reduced or had better results with Amphetamine meds?

I went to 96mg Concerta then reduced to 54mg + 15mg dexedrine
now on 50 mg Strattera, 36mg Concerta, 45mg dexedrine
