I have been ill for nine years and in all that time the only thing that has been helpful for the fatigue is Provigil, and what a blessing that has been. Do you have milnacipran where you are? I have heard that it can be helpful with fibromyalgia.

I'm sorry to say that I don't think Adrafanil will ever be aproved in the US or the UK
Its of patent, and therefor there's no financial insentive to aprove it
Its very easy to buy online however

For some reason Milnacipran has not been aproved in the US or the UK
Its very annoying!

Linda can you babble mail me? I believe that a straight answer to this question could infringe the group's admin policy and I have no desire to be banned yet would like to tell you what I was able to determine thus far. It's actually very hard to get clear information about the status of medications and it would be very useful if PsychoBabble could somehow assist with this, though I can see it isn't the primary role of this forum.
