I've been put on Seroquel and ramping up (now on 50mg) of Lamictal. At what point should I feel relief. All I feel is intense anger/agitation (plus really achy legs and headaches). I've always taken antidepressants and have done okay until some "poop out". Now they think I'm Bi-Polar II and are trying these meds which seem to make me feel worse than better. Thoughts?

Isn't it awful to feel abnormal anger?? I am fortunate that I have rarely had that side effect from any meds, but it was devestating to me when I did. I'm not normally an outwardly angry person.[possibly I have internal anger that I am unaware of.] I would call my p-doc right away and tell him/her how you are feeling. Are you alone or with someone who understands your disease? Do not hesitate to go to an ER or Quick Care facility if you feel you are losing control. Please let us know how you are doing and know that we care very much about what happens to you. up 'n' down

Thank you. Luckily, my husband (now) understands but my children do not. It is very hard to try to deal with this and keep it together for my kids. Going to yet another new person today.
