I have tried Lunesta and it just doesn't do anything for me but keep me awake. I also experienced the horrible after taste immediately after I took it. I began with two mg and upped it to 3mg as per my dr. I hate this pill but want it to make it work. I think if I lower the dosage to 1mg, I may react differently. Has anyone tried it at a higher dosage and then lowered it and worked? I have a full bottle and would hate to have to throw it away.Deli

what's the info on the longer acting ambien? would love to know about that one. still wake up after a few hours, but it's just great for making me go to sleep right away now that i am committed to getting enough sleep. it makes me want to snack all night long too! (what's up with that?)

I will talk with my psych dr. I just tried 1 mg today instead of the higher dosage. Let's see how it works. I have tried ambiem but I wake up early and can't get back to sleep. I' ll be watching out for the long acting ambien.
Greetings to all

Trying to figure out what drug is causing a certain weird anxiety...have been blaming the feeling on Geodon and thinking Lunesta was my magic sleep bullett, but now I'm wondering if it's Lunesta making me squirm.

I too have a similar question. Is the anxiety worse in the morning and then dissipates during the day? That is my pattern. What mg strength are you taking? I am at 3 mg.
