i mean what i mean does it have any special qualites to such as "antipanic" "antimanic".
There is an abstract where it is compared to Ativan.

It's an old drug used in the 60's and 70's. That's what got rid of my panic attacks along with valium. Fondly,Phillipa

We've got six boxes of it in the pharmacy. It's probably expired though, hardly anyone takes it these days!

Ed, For goodness sakes check the expiration date and discard them if they're no good. Don't they regularly check meds in the UK? Fondly PJ O

Soma, the wildly popular muscle relaxer, metabolizes in the body as Meprobamate. It does wonders for me as a prn add-on for pain due to FMS and back problems. Soma has become so popular as a recreational drug at this point that it will soon become a scheduled substance, which it's not as of yet. I have found no buzz or suchlike from it myself, however. It's just one of the meds I take.
