300xl of Wellbutrin was putting me to sleep, so my doc switched me to 200SR (slowly work up to 300). Also, I upped my Trazodone to 100mg at night for good sleep. I'm still taking the Effexor 75mg, but I hope the 200mg of Wellbutrin helps me out in the sex department. 150xl wasn't able to coutneract the sexual dysfuntion.
Do you think 200SR may overcome the Effexor's dysfunctional effects? Maybe even the increase in Trazodone?
I really hope so.

> I really hope so.I know a woman who is a total minx on the combination of Effexor + Wellbutrin. She has had no problems reaching orgasm. When she switched over from Effexor to Lexapro, she continued to be sexually healthy. She takes Wellbutrin 300mg. The possiblity exists, of course, that she is just not vulnerable to SRI sexual side effects.
