Injections of the growth factor NT-3 produced antidepressant effects similar to injections of BDNF. Does anyone know any drugs that affect the actions of NT-3 ?
Thanks

I think there is an interaction between NT-3 and the AMPA receptors. AMPA receptor modulators also augment antidepressants in animal models.

Aniracetam affects ampa receptors, does it? It's marketed as Ampamet.
