75mg of Effexor XR is causing sexual side effects. Doctor suggested increasing my Wellbutrin from 150 XL to 300 XL.
I'm kind of scared to to this, but I would like to be able to enjoy sex. Have tried getting off Effexor - terrible headaches, dizziness, etc. Wellbutrin alone makes me energized but irritable.
Any suggestions?

how your sex drive is on 150mg of Wellbutrin.
If the Wellbutrin alone is great for your sex life, helps with depression but gives you too much anxiety, add something else with anti-anxiety properties like doxepin at bedtime, or clonazepam in 3 doses during the day.
Try to keep a brief journal and note the times you feel anxious on the Wellbutrin so you know what time of the day you may want to add these meds.
My anxiety is worst at nighttime but can also be situational. I am taking Klonopin and doxepin at bedtime and they seem to stay in my system through the day keeping me calm until my next dosing.
Good luck! I don't blame you for being nervous. Any change leaves me freaking out for a few days until my body adjusts to the inceased and/or new drugs.

Wellbutrin alone did that same thing to me. Energy but I hated how I felt. And insomnia, too.
