Does anyone know if lexapro 20 mg is effective for ocd, and also, is zoloft or lexapro more effective for ocd?

i was prescribed lexapro for ocd, but i did not do well with the medicine and did not continue to take it. my doc said it is supposed to be really good for ocd. but it made me feel very anxious and i couldnt think or work. someone will reply to you with all the medical explanations and what is blocking what, that i dont know. just that lexapro is commonly prescribed for ocd, i believe more so than zoloft.
