I can't answer your question ... but someone will.
How did you desipramine/parnate trial go?
Maxime
PS. I hope I don't have you confused with someone else.

sorry i didnt answer earlier, i hope i didnt spook everyone with the whole 40mg thing. i havent tried parnate again since then. i couldn't stop vomiting, but strangely my blood pressure was only slightly high (which seems normal with me. lately ive been trying DMAE and some dexedrine, and i really dont know how much success i am having. i had a miserable night where i felt that i was making very clear perceptions of myself, and they were very negative... and then i went up and down up and down, usually with my fuctioning keeping at its minimal level. :(

I think you had a reaction to the serotonin actually. The vomiting is what makes me think that (serotonin syndrome). You took a high dose of both meds.
I am glad you are okay now. That's all that matters. The reason I was so interested is because I wanted to add desipramine to my Parnate. About 25 mg. But now maybe I won't. Not this week anyway.
Take care of yourself. You will find something soon.

Sounds like you're feeling better again. Hiking? That's great. Wondered where you were yesterday. Fondly, Phillipa

Well today I am very down again. I've been on a roller coaster for the past few weeks. And I make myself do things even when I don't want to ... although yesterday my mood was good.
