Thats all I can say. I am off meds, and if there was no coffee I would be really messed up right now. Cheers to coffee !!

Yeah, this is my weekend. Need to stay in the shift or else sunday night is disasterous.

It won't last. But its good to have some contrast.

What have I noticed? I am not depressed. But I am very anxious, off meds. Extrordinarily anxious.

I don't believe it when doctors say that anxiety cannot exist in the absence of depression.
