I can't decide whether to stick to 300mg or move up to 600mg. Any comments?
Thanks.

> - ScottHi Scott. I used to be on a group for bipolar depression and most people were taking 1000 mg and above of Trileptal. I only take 450 mg.

I take 450mg... 150 in the a.m. and 300 in the p.m., but manic tendencies aren't the problem so much for me as depression.

I was only on 300mg when I was on the Cymbalta alone, but after I added the Wellbutrin, I felt the need to bump it up a little.

>Same here. Maybe that is why the range dosage is so big. Someone who is taking 1400 mg would lean towards mania.
