I know theres no interaction,i know personaly of people who use it for sleep and take parnate,and my doc said shed rather me use that than ambien or etc
How about togther in an augment with caffiene or something,is this chemical bendaryl capable of adding any calming benifit?

I don't know about calming benefit. It sedates you and relaxes your muscles, but you wouldn't take it unless you really needed it.

The one time I took it for a bee sting it made me sleepy but I couldn't go to sleep. Fondly, Phillipa
