My Buproprion SR carries the Watson brand name. The bottle states: Manufactured by Penn Labs, Inc..
Penn Labs is/was a "wholly owned subsidiary of Smith Kline Beecham".
Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) makes Wellbutrin. In 2000, Glaxo Wellcome and Smith Kline Beecham merged, forming GSK.
Might my generic be the real thing?

That's what I thought. Wouldn't it be nice to know all the "brand generics"?
