Hi guys! Was at a picnic today and a doctor was there. She and others said that on the news last night there was a report of Viagra causing blindness, but the FDA wasn't pulling it off the market. I questioned the doctor further and she said the man took viagra one time and was blind in one eye, he took it again and was blind in both eyes. Anyone else hear about this. Fondly, Phillipa

I was watching Fox News last night and i started praying becuase my stepdad takes viagra, and Trileptal for siezures, going blind and having siezures@!
I sure do hope they will do someting, one thing for sure i am not gouing to touch that stuff 35yrs from now. Hopefully since im 18 i dont have to worry about that thing.

Levitra is more selective and doesn't affect the eye.

There are 43 reported cases of blindness. Millions and millions of people have taken Viagra. While I believe concern is warranted and an investigation is needed, this is hardly cause for alarm yet. More people die every year from aspirin. Personally, the benefit Cialis gives me is worth the miniscule risk.

hi, Phillipa. At first I thought that news item was a bit of a joke. But I do know that viagra can cause serious heart problems by interacting with blood pressure medications. I think they'll start researching like mad to find out if it can in some way effect eyesight. cockeyed
