I haven't even been close to hypomanic for quite some time --- but when an adrenaline "dumping" event occurs I do seem to get a little too "hyper".
My neuro said that hypomania IS like having an adrenaline dump.
Comments? Anyone have similar experiences?

> Comments? Anyone have similar experiences?What do you mean by "adrenaline dump"? That would generally be a short-lived phenomenon, and also have an obvious external trigger (yes)?
PTSD can present as exaggerated activation.
