Abilify and Geodon both seem to be weight neutral. Abilify has a tendency to make you jumpy. It did for me. Geodon seems to help or make things worse. For me, it made things a lot worse.
Have you thought of the older APs? From my understanding they are pretty much weight neutral.

Seroquel made me lose weight but it was because of the agitaded sleep I think

And Phillipa, I am not sure about adding an AP med. I am very confused obviously..I will talk to my pdoc. I guess I got freaked out when I was suicidal the other day.....
