suddently this mental numbness

I dont know whats going on,

I just have a blank stare, my mouth keeps opening

Im exhausted, but i feel in a way good becuause im numb i feel i can handle more.

i feel i cant say..... a battery, or something burned down.

I while, it, i felt like i just woke up at my desk.

I guess i just need to go sleep.
