I have a question... A lot of people on these threads have sleeping problems and are taking Ambien or Seroquel or Lunesta or something else...
Are all of you natural insomniacs ? How did you sleeping problems arise, and I notice that many people have been taking things for several years for sleep... Can you not ween yourself off of a the meds and be able to sleep med free ?
I now take geodon for sleep... I hope that i can ween myself off of it and within two months be med free. But it is not effective any more so I am thinking of replacing my geodon with Lunesta instead... Lunesta seems promising because it is not addictive... I will try 3mg Lunesta tonight.

I didn't like the conventional sleep meds. It seems that l0mg of valium is all I need. I know if I sleep, as I get up to use the bathroom. And I check my clock a lot. Fondly, Phillipa
