I'll introduce myself a litte more later on. Will naltrexone and selegiline interact? I have used the following to combat slight (depends on who you ask...)neurotic behaviour: selegiline 10x1 mg + 3x1000 mg DLPA (DLPA, B6, C, fructose/dextrose)
Of course I will ask my doc, and ramblings/thoughts are not medical advice, and I will not consider them to be so. I have since a couple of years some Revia 50 mg tablets. I haven't used one in 1 year, but saturday is a risk day...so any thoughts are appreciated; leave town or pop a Revia? I'll call the doc tomorrow, but I'm not certain he'll know. Well, have a nice time!

I've been using the DLPA/selegiline combo for 15 days, it's has helped a lot!
DAPEA-stack by(DopaminePhenylEthylAmine-stack)
For every 1000 mg DLPA, I've added 45 mg B6, 1000 mg C (ascorbic acid)and 2000 mg each of dextrose and fruktose. Buy this stuff as bulk powder, much cheaper!!!
I take the DAPEA-precursor stack (TM by yours truly) three times a day, at least 45 min before a meal, and at least 3 hrs after a meal. It took 3 days to feel a real AD-effect, almost immediately I felt stimulated (not like speed, far from it, but still a little tingling). Anxiety got a little worse day 5-7, and then completely stopped! I had a few nights nightly sweats with vivid dreams, but it stabilized soon.
I've been working many years at a big mental hospital here in Sweden, psychosis wards, alcohol/drug wards, "general psychiatry" wards. I have tried remeron (30-45 mg) for two years, cipramil (citalopram, 40 mg) for a couple of months and serzone for a couple of months. The remeron helped, but not very well.
I'm a neurotic individual of the kind that actually can have fun now and then, but who drinks a little to much, worries about meteors killing humanity, avian flu wiping out half of mankind and that the girlfriend has affairs. Fear of rejection and stupid worrying has been my problem, and lately anhedonia. So, I can tell you this much; I've met hundreds (thousands) who have been a lot worser, but with that said...my life has been miserable for as long as I can remember!
The selegiline/DLPA is not a holy grail, no med is, but it has sure helped me a lot!!! I've tried every illegal drug known to man (not many times, and a long time ago) as well as at least a few AD:s, this is not placebo. I'm much more secure now, I can give and take much more love, and I can handle life's ups and downs much more adequate. Remember that selegiline/deprenyl could be lifethreatening if you combine it with certain medications (other AD:s etc.), beware, read all you can. This is not medical advice, always talk to your doctor...

My current understanding of Naltrextone is that it is an opiate antagonist and as such would block the effects of DLPA, maybe this is why you need to take such a large dose of DLPA. Some of my research unconvered that large amounts of aromatic amino acids are dangerous. If you don't mind me asking, why are you taking the Naltrextone?
