300mg Wellbutrin and .5mg clonazepam! I thought Wellbutrin (recently added) was supposed to help with the sedation. So, I took it upon myself to go back to the Effexor, only 75mg daily instead of the Cymbalta, to help me stay awake during the day. I still need doxepin at bedtime to sleep through the night! Anyway, it seems odd that the Wellbutrin intensified the sedation of the Cymbalta. I hope I've found the right cocktail now. Any similar experiences? Thanks for listening.

OCD, social phobia, major deppresive disorder and GADI just found out that this is my official dx from my semi-recent evaluation. It helps if you actually read the paperwork! LOL!

BTW: I seem to feel fatigued (or alternately buzzed) a lot after I start a new med or even change my dose.

When are you taking the Cymbalta? I started out taking mine in the a.m., but had to switch it to the p.m. Also, I am now augmenting with Wellbutrin XL, which I take in the a.m. of course.

clonazepam and doxepin in the PM. Maybe I should have tried the Cymbalta in the PM like you, but I skipped a day of it (unintentionally) because I got the Cymbalta and the doxepin mixed up and took the dang doxepin in the AM. After one day without the Cymbalta, I went to taking the Efexor in the AM. Another day this past week I messed up and took everything in the morning. I don't know why I'm getting so confused with the meds. I have one of those days of the week containers. I guess I have not been thinking very clearly lately. Thanks for checkin' up on me!
