*bows and says "thank you, thank you"*I took my first Lamictal yesterday. I took it in the afternoon because I figured if I was going to kill over and die from allergic reaction, that would be the best time of day to do it.
I am so logical and rational, as you can see. I don't even know why they want me on a mood stabilizer. ha!
Anyway, I felt a bit "foggy and sleepy" but I couldn't tell if it was the meds or my mind playing weird tricks on me.
Regardless. I DID IT! I swallowed the first pill which is always the hardest part for me. Now today, I shall swallow the second pill.
Any ideas how long it takes to see results from Lamictal? I am starting out very, very, very slow (did I mention starting really slowly?)?

Congratulations! It took me 2-3 weeks to start feeling the results, which continued to improve over the following 2-3 weeks. The thing I remembered most from the first week or two was tingly lips. I am glad you're starting really slowly.
