Does anyone know if there are relative differences in the potency of the reuptake of these two neurotranmiters? For example, do you get twice a much norep vs. sera? If so, does the relationship change based on dosage?
Regards,

I know that Cymbalta is skewed towards serotonin.
In other words it inhibit serotonin re-uptake more than it does Noradrenaline re-uptake.
I don't know how the dosage effects this though.
Milnicipran is apprently a more balanced drug with regards to Sera/Norep
