Galantamine is an anti Dementia drug, that inhibts the brakedown of Acytalcoline.
A similar drug, Aricept has shown promise in treating some of the symptoms of ADHD.
I have possible ADHD inattentive type, I have trouble waking up and often feel dozy and out of it.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experience of Glantamine? and if they found it helpful for alertness?

Hey,
I've tried both Aricept and Galantamine... Aricept was very activating, such that i believe it sent me mildly hypomanic... whereas Galantamine did nothing whatsoever.. if u try one of these drugs, I recommend Aricept because theres a little research backing it up for non-alzhiemer's uses...

Thanks for the Info on your experiences
Now I look at peoples experiences I think that perhaps Aricept is more promising
Although Galantamine has its fans, I remember Chairman MAOI liked Galantamine..........
