i was on a lot of sedating drugs for a long time. here are some:
xanax 1mg four times a day
klonopin 2 mg at night
percocet 7.5/500 three times a day
propranolol 20mg four times a day
seroquel 50-100mg at night
ambien 10mg at night
trazodone 50mg at nightetc. etc.
i was recently in the hospital, and i had these drugs yanked out from under me more or less cold turkey. i get one mg of klonopin at night and nothing much else, except 0.5 of xanax prn. i feel horrible-- can't sit still, am so jittery, want to sleep but can't, and feel generally awful. is this normal? does it get worse? it has been 3-4 days. i've been on the x and k at least for years. can anyone suggest anything to make it better?
i'm also on adderall, which i'm scared they'll take away as well. can i handle stimulant and sedative withdrawal at once? already i feel so horrible! thanks!
