Does anyone know if this would also be the standard two weeks?

To be safe, yes. The thing about herbal remedies is you don't really know how much of the active ingredient is in there.
You can ask your doctor.

I know there are multiple active principles to consider, but the 300 mg t.i.d. dose schedule suggests an eight hour half life. Three days ought to do it.
OK, I went to Pubmed. The half-life of hyperforin is less than three hours. The half-life for hypericin is 24 hours. Six days, and you're at near undetectable of both of these principle active ingredients.
