AD problems? St. John's Wort success! (link)

Hi All,
I posted an account of my eventual success with St. John's Wort over at Alternative, detailing my experiments with all sorts of brands and doses until I found a combination that is working well. Along with my beloved Lithium, two brands of SJW seem to be doing the trick for this mixed-states depressive BP-II (that would be me). My dysphoric husband is also taking it and feeling better than either of us can remember. I wanted to share this info with any of you who are not responding to conventional ADs and could perhaps benefit from my trial and efforts. Not everyone may be helped by SJW as are I and my husband, but it's worth considering. Here's the link at Alternative:
