periactin half life

Does anyone know the half-life of periactin.

Some sites suggest 4 hours other sites suggest 20 ??

i do not know, but from my personal experience i would be much more inclined to believe that it's 20 hours. Everytime i took it i had a worse-than-typical-antihistamine hangover the entire next day, in which i was extremely sleepy, depressed, and had no motivation whatsoever. Diphenhydramine (or other antihistamine) hangovers are bad enough but this was more or less terrible.
