I went up to 32mg of concerta this past wednesday. I found I have been feeling really really anxious, like I am walking around with butterflies in my stomach ALL day. I suppose it is good that I am at least feeling stress, because before my zoloft was making me really apathetic, but this is too much stress-- instead of being apathetic towards schoolwork, now I am too stressed to do it.
Is this normal? Will increasing the dose help? Would another stimulant be any different?
I remember when I stopped the strattera a couple of weeks ago I had begun to feel really motivated, but the crying spells were too much. Do stimulants help with motivation too?
Thanx all!

Correction: that should be 36mg of concerta, not 32mg :)

I have heard multiple times on this board that ritalin (and concerta) can heighten anxiety. People have reported that Adderall doesnt cause as much anxiety.
