I take Wellbutrin SR 150mg a day, lexapro 10mg a day, and Lamictal 150 mg twice a day. I would like to try cymbalta although my psych is reluctant to prescribe.
My question is if I started it, should or can I still stay on Wellbutrin? Or would it be too much of the same thing? Thanks

I would like to know this too. I was just prescribed cymbalta (at my request) because I want to go off the remeron I am on because of weight gain (despite diet and exercise). I am already on wellbutrin sr (200, 2x a day). Does anyone know, do I really have to wean off the Remeron as slowly as my dr says? Doc wants me to go down to 30 mg remeron for a week, then 15 for a week, then finally I can start cymbalta. I don't want to wait!! Any words of wisdom?
