I'm on Zonegran 200mg, Geodon 60mg and Seroquel 100mg. I take all this at night. I also take 450mg of Wellbutrin XL every morning. I'm so tired all the time, I wake up tired !!! It's really getting to me. I exercise everyday to try to help with the fatigue but it doesn't help any at all. I've been on these meds for many, many months so its not a matter of me waiting to adjust to them. What is making me so tired? Which of these drugs is doing this to me? The exhaustion is killing me and making me very down and depressed.

Try another antidepressant, consider adding Abilify to the mix and taking off the other antipsychotics, and talk to your doc about the possibility of trying Provigil-- or Adderall if Provigil doesn't work.

I take 20mgs of Geodon and unbelievable sleepiness hit me about two months after taking it. It is not a genuine sleepiness, because I don't feel the need to sleep during the day. It is just a false sense of sleepiness. I would consider that or the Seroquel to be the main culprits. My mood is actually starting to suffer I think because of this sleepiness 24/7. I don't feel like getting out and my mood is just generally not bright. I am going to try to get my doc to prescribe Provigil for me during my next visit or get him to think about other alternatives. I think possibly that Abilify might be a good option also for you and even me, because I need an antipsychotic. I think it generally doesn't carry the somnolence like most other atypicals.
