Does anyone know the right way to convert from effexor to cymbalta?
I.e. I am taking effexor (regular) 100mg twice a day ... how would I convert to cymbalta? Could I just switch or do I need to still taper the effexor?

Taper slowly and be on both meds at low dose for a while.
