Controlled Panic Attack?

Posted by saw on September 15, 2004, at 4:50:17

Do you think there is such a thing? I can feel the familiar clutches of anxiety and panic but it doesn't cripple me. (Makes it hard to type though, keep shaking).

I suppose this is the med at work right? Am taking 150mg Effexor XR daily.

I'm still hypervigilant as anything. I'm trying to recover from the fright I got just now because a piece of paper fell next to me!

Sabrina

PS. My med is spelt Efexor on box, but it's mostly 2 f's used on the board. Just some triviality!

I was shakey and prone to jumping at everything when I first started Effexor, and with every increase in dosage. It should subside with time (took MONTHS for me, but I'm a slow learner...).
