I have seen some information on this issue before and some possible solutions. Here's some background on me. I have anxiety problems, and have had some anxiety/panic attacks, and my dr prescribed paxil CR for me. It has helped tremendously for the above mentioned symptoms, but has made me gain significant weight over the past year no matter my activity level (I am a runner and active person), or the fact that I have not changed my diet. Upon doing some research, I read that taking omega 3 can help you lose LBS while you are still taking the SSRI? Help!

Omega-3 did not work for my weight gain from ADs. Does not mean it will not work for you however.
Good luck
