Update

Posted by cybercafe on September 9, 2004, at 1:01:01

so i've been on parnate 30 mg + abilify 4 mg and decreasing and clonazepam 2 mg tid and felt great .... got rid of ritalin and will try to do without it but will start up again if more concentration is needed

abilify is now down to 1 mg every 2nd day ... i wouldn't call myself less stable but i do feel perhaps a little hypomanic (no euphoria just very subtle ability to think a little faster.. entertain the possibility of a few more positive goals... but still seem quite mediocre and a little cognitively slow compared to many of my friends ... perhaps from spending years doing nothing but reading psychobabble and medical textbooks :) ... )

i don't know at what point happiness or mild mania (can't figure out which) begins to become a problem (i.e. makes a crash into depression imminent) ... but i do know that i used to cycle several times daily so as it is i feel very very stable and quite happy with the combination

Hey its good to see your still out there, glad your feeling good!
Sorry I can't realy post anything to help you.

But its good to hear from you, I feel like I realy need a decent doctor, although I'm doing okay at the mo.
Im sick of all these English doctors and there "SSRIs are great, Stimulants are evil" mantra.
